Please note: your use of the Company Service is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).

You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically and to check the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Privacy Policy for the most recent version. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice through the Website or any other part of the Company Service.

Terms of Service

Please remember: use of the Company Service is also subject to the terms of our Terms of Service. By using the Company Service, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service.

Personally Identifiable Information

Healthonym never uses any of your personal information for marketing purposes. Nor do we use any technology to try and de-anonymize you or your browsing habits.

Moreover, we do not collect any personally identifiable information except in one of three scenarios:

  1. You choose to opt-in to a subscription program, such as the free newsletter program we have.
  2. You decide to make a purchase from us.
  3. You contact us by, for example, using our online contact form.

In these scenarios, you will be required to provide your email address and potentially other details we need to collect for purely functional purposes.

The personal information you provide us with is never sold to anyone for any reason. This information is never freely shared with other parties either, except for one of two reasons:

  1. As required by law.
  2. For functionality-related purposes related to the three scenarios discussed above.

For instance, our payment processors (Stripe) will need your information in order to complete your purchase. This information is processed in accordance with their policies, not subject to our control.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that is not intended to identify a specific person. This includes your browser information, IP address, and so forth.

We do not collect any such information except as necessary in order to make sure our Website works as intended to as well as for Website security purposes only.

None of this information is ever used for marketing purposes. It is never sold. It isn’t shared with anyone except as required by law.

Remove Your Information

You may request the removal of personally identifiable information by contacting Healthonym directly.

This will mainly be limited to the removal of your e-mail address, if its ever been provided, which we store in order to communicate with you.

We do not store your credit card information. The latter information is processed and stored by our payment processor and it is handled in accordance with their policies as a result.

Removal of your personal information will automatically unsubscribe you from all subscription programs and you may lose access to content posted on this Website.

When you sign up for an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or make a purchase, you are opting in to receive messages from us.

You cannot opt-out of Administrative Emails.

“Administrative Emails” relate to your activity on the Company Service, and include but are not limited to emails regarding your account, security, requests, inquiries, and purchases of products and services, if applicable.

If you do not want to receive promotional emails from us, you may elect to opt-out of receiving promotional emails at any time after registering by Contacting Healthonym or by following the “unsubscribe” instructions at the bottom of any of our e-mails.

For legal or security purposes, we may also store (as long as necessary) the e-mails we receive from you.

These e-mails are stored in an encrypted format to which the e-mail provider has no access (zero access encryption). Emails between you and us can be sent and received using end to end encryption in the event you use the same e-mail provider as us.

As with any other company, we could merge with, or be acquired by another company. If this occurs, the successor company would acquire the information we maintain, including Personally Identifiable Information. However, Personally Identifiable Information would remain subject to this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us, enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, Terms of Service or other agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of the Company Service, users of the Company Service or others.

Security of Information

Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time. In the event that we believe that the security of your information may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you of that development.

In addition, your Personally Identifiable Information resides on a secure server that only selected personnel and contractors have access to. We may encrypt certain sensitive information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your Personally Identifiable Information is safe as it is transmitted to us.

However, no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

As a result, while we employ commercially reasonable security measures to protect data and seek to partner with companies that do the same, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from or via the Company Service, and we are not responsible for the actions of any third parties that may receive any such information.
